Subscription Overview
When you purchase a subscription from Get Numae, you are enrolling in a recurring payment and delivery program.

Frequency: Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days from your initial purchase date.

Billing: Your stored payment method will be charged at midnight (PST) on the renewal date.

Authorization: By completing your checkout, you authorize Get Numae to charge your payment method for recurring orders until you cancel.
Managing Your Subscription
You have full control over your subscription. You can manage, pause, or skip deliveries at any time by:

Through your account portal, you can:

Cancel your subscription.

Cancellation Policy
Subscription Orders

Deadline: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.

Effect: Cancellations apply to future renewals only.

Post-Processing: Once a subscription renewal has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded for that billing cycle.
One-Time Purchases

One-time orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement.

After this window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed or canceled.
Refund Policy
In accordance with our terms of service, we do not offer refunds for:

Subscription renewals that have already been processed.

Orders that have already been shipped.

Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Get Numae is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or outdated address information provided by the customer.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Filing a chargeback for a subscription renewal that was authorized at checkout and not canceled prior to renewal is a violation of this policy. We strongly encourage customers to reach out to us directly. We are committed to working with you to resolve any issues or concerns before a formal dispute is filed.
